Johor Bahru
The state "capital" is fast becoming a thriving international business centre and has a lively night time scene, outstanding shopping and excellent restaurants.

The city's historic landmarks include Sultan Abu Bakar mosque, the Royal Abu Bakar Museum and the Grand Palace. Johor Bahru links Malaysia with Singapore over the Causeway, a 1km road and rail link over the Johor Straits.

Royal Abu Bakar Museum
One of the best cultural museums in the world. Housed within the Grand Palace, the museum displays treasures of the Royal Family, an extensive art collection and historic artifacts.

Mount Ophir
